Styling summer clothes without looking like we lost the beachfront is not as easy as one would think... here are some tips on how to...
Summer season is here, and so the mini skirts, denim shorts and of course, lovely sandals and hot-weather shoes... but looking classy in light summerish clothes can be challenging enough... so here's my approach to look stylish:
1. Use a statement bag. Yup, the beach bags and resort bags must be used only at either resorts or beach clubs. If you're in the city, don't forget to use one of your fave statement bags to look dressier.
2. Don't forget any pair of nice shoes... and by nice I mean the following: flip flops will make anything look not as dressy as one would like... so yes, don't underestimate the power of nice sandals, heels or mules.
3. Denim shorts and your printed T is fine... but there are also beautiful dresses and amazing skirts that you can use during the summer season, and trust me, you will look nicer.

Buen martes mis queridos... hoy como siempre los saludo con mucho gusto, y aprovecho para darles tres tips sobre el styling veraniego. Es cierto que los shorts de mezclilla son los favoritos de la época, pero siempre está el peligro de que mientras estamos en la ciudad, pudiéramos parecer un poco desarreglados.
Aquí, les dejo tres ideas para que puedan pensar en que se vea mejor su ropa de verano:
1. Usen una bolsa que las haga ver bien vestidas. No están mal las bolsas de paja o las que son muy de playa... pero si están en la ciudad y quieren verse bien en verano, busquen una bolsa bonita.
2. Las chanclitas de pata de gallo y los zapatos muy de playa/alberca, son para eso, playa y alberca... busquen tacones bonitos, sandalias bonitas o algo como estos blancos que traen tacón chico. Nunca sobra verse bien =)
3. Busquen alternativas para el ya clásico combo de shorts de mezclilla con playera... y créanme que me encanta, pero no dejen de explorar faldas, y vestidos bonitos... son muy cómodos y salirse de nuestra zona de confort siempre es bueno.
